Terry Verett Pepper Memorial
A Note from LaRhea
Dear
Family & Friends,
Terry and I have been involved in working
with this camp since we were first married.
It is and has been a place where we were able to “leave the world behind” and focus
on God, Family and “recreation” of our spirits.
The camp is in the Wind River Range
~ elevation is about 9,000 feet. The
camp facilities are maintained by Fremont County, so there are a lot of other camps
and kids that will benefit from the improvements.
Most if not all of the improvements are made by donations of time and money
from
Our camp, Wyoming Bible Camp, is one
of the bigger camps — usually full at 150 kids!
The staff is all volunteer, and Terry was always one of the major “mountain
goats” that took kids up the mountain.
Terry had wanted for a very long time to be able to build seating around the camp fire and have a place to play basketball. Your generous donations will allow both of these project to be completed as well as some much needed renovations to the bath house — another place where he spent time with his hand-man skills every year.
